  • Immediate sending of a summary email
  • Contract formed upon acceptance of payment

Article 4 – Price & Payment

• Accepted methods: Bank cards (CB/Visa/Mastercard), PayPal
• No hidden costs (Article L112-1 Consumer Code)
• Discount: Automatic application to the basket if valid promo code

Article 5 – Delivery

In accordance with our delivery conditions :
• Delivery times: 24-72 hours excluding weekends/holidays (UPS)
• Delay >30 days: Termination possible (Article L216-2 Consumer Code)
• Risk transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

14 days to return without justification (Article L221-18):

  • Prior notification by email to returns@jnrpuff.fr
  • Returned products in their original state
  • Refund within 14 days of receipt

Exceptions: Custom products/sub-receivables

Article 7 – Legal Guarantees

✅ Compliance (2 years – Article L217-4)
✅ Hidden defects (24 months – Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)

Procedure :

  1. Report by email with proof (photos/invoice)
  2. Free return label sent if anomaly confirmed
  3. Replacement/refund within 7 working days
