Definitions

  • Company (Jnrpuff): Site operator www.jnrpuff.fr
  • Product(s) : Items sold on the Service
  • Order : Purchase contract between the Customer and Jnrpuff
  • Service : E-commerce platform accessible via www.jnrpuff.fr

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day deadline to cancel your order without justification. This period runs:

  • From receipt of the products
  • Itself established by the date of receipt of the carrier

Refund conditions

To be eligible:
✅ Returned product in its original packaging
✅ Product unused/undamaged
✅ Presentation proof of purchase (invoice/confirmation email)

Exceptions:
❌ Customized products/specific measurements
❌ Digital media already downloaded
❌ Perishable/Expiry-Date Products

Return Procedure

  1. Notify us by email within 14 days

Important :

  • THE return costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective
  • Recommended: sending monitored and insured

Reimbursement occurs under 14 days after receipt of the package by the same means of payment.

Case of Gifts

  • If marked “gift”: Purchase voucher after verification
  • Otherwise: Refund to the original sender
